My latest promotional piece fuses mechanical components and household objects to depict the beauty of a  peacock.

My challenge as a Technical Illustrator is to take detailed items and subjects and make them simple and sensible for the viewer.  In this piece, I enjoyed using technical elements to illustrate an interpretive approach to such a complex creature!

The inspiration for this illustration came from some photographs I had taken of a peacock in the wild and I would definitely have to agree that “Peacocks are a symbol of beauty reminding us to take pleasure in the finer things in life.”
